Jokisch 2 Saw Cutting FluidDesign: Jokisch 2 SAW is an easy emulsifying mineral oil based water soluble coolant. Jokisch 2 SAW is a specifically designed cutting fluid for the Bandsaw, Sawing, & Metal Cutting industry. Jokisch 2 Saw is especially suited to Bandsaw, Coldsaw, Holecut Saw, Power Hacksaw, and high performance production sawing applications. Jokisch 2 Saw, when kept at the optimum mixture, will not affect machine paint, or leave heavy, gammy residues on equipment surfaces or parts. Great stability and strong rust inhibitors prevent corrosion; and it's clarity permits visual monitoring of cuts. Safety: Jokisch 2 SAW contains no hazardous ingredients and is chemically balanced. Jokisch does not use or need hazardous biocides - also known as "perfumes", "deodorizers", or "teabags" to control rancidity or to keep the coolant stable and provide a long sump life. Performance: Jokisch 2 SAW is manufactured to give Maximum Performance under all sawing/cutting conditions and materials. It's mineral oil base has much more lubricity than a synthetic based coolant. That, and it's highly refined performance boosting additives, results in excellent cutting performance to extend blade life and provide smoother, burr free cuts. pH: Jokisch 2 SAW has a pH between 9.0 - 9.5 @ a 10% mix for sawing (1:10), which means no staining (etching) of aluminum and no rusting of equipment and tools. Consumption: Jokisch 2 SAW has a high resistance to heat. This resistance and it's high lubricity, reduces coolant evaporation in the cut by 30+% or more over other coolants. Universal: Jokisch 2 SAW is universal for all types ofpowered saws and "toothed" cutting operations. Suitable for all models of cutting equipment and on all types of materials. Disposal: Jokisch 2 SAW, being mineral oil based and containing no "Free" chlorine usually means lower diposal costs over other synthetic or active chlorine based coolants. For disposal regulations, consult with your local municipal, State/Province or Federal authorities. |
