Jokisch DK-12 Cutting Fluid

Design:

Jokisch DK-12 is a universal, easy emulsifying, transparent, semi-synthetic, water soluble concentrate which has been designed to handle the toughest applications and materials. Jokisch DK-12 complies with nuclear, petro-chemical and aerospace requirements.

Safety:

Jokisch DK-12 contains no hazardous ingredients and is chemically balanced. Jokisch does not use or need hazardous biocides which are sometimes called perfumes, deodorizers, or tea bags to control rancidity or to keep the coolant stable. DK-12 is chlorine and metal active sulphur free.

Performance:

Jokisch DK-12 is the highest performing cutting fluid available under all conditions for all materials. It has become the coolant of choice for those working with molybdenum alloys, replacing chlorinated solvents such as "perchlor." DK-12 has also proven itself in Landis machines (closed bearing type) for cutting threads on all types of material.

pH:

Jokisch DK-12 has a pH value of 9 @ 5% mix (1:20), This means no staining of aluminum and no rusting of the machine or fixtures.

Foam:

Jokisch DK-12 has strong anti-foaming agents.

Consumption:

Jokisch DK-12 has a high heat resistance (>356°F), reducing the amount of burn-off and evaporation by 50% or more compared to other water soluble coolants.

Universal:

Jokisch DK-12 is universal in application for conventional as well as CNC machining, sawing, cold sawing, grinding, punching, rolling and roll threading.

Disposal:

Jokisch DK-12 is chlorine-free which usually means lower disposal costs.
