Jokisch HDS-400 Tapping and Cutting Oil

Properties:

Primarily utilised during tapping operations.

It can be used on any metal - mild steel, stainless, aluminum and cast aluminum.

High lubricity and heat seeking property give great performance.

Extremely SAFE.

Contains no solvents or sulfur and has a toxic/safety value 44 times above OSHA/WHMIS requirements.

Very economical compared to solvent-based tapping fluids. Reduces fluid use by 1/3 to 1/4 of previous amounts.

Has a medium viscosity, clings to taps and contains no highly evaporative solvents.

HDS-400 is not recommended for recirculating/pump systems.
