Heavy Use:

Mix coolant 1:10 parts of water

Milling, Turning, Coldsaw, Broaching, CNC, etc.

Medium Use:

Mix coolant 1:15 parts of water

CNC, Turning, Drilling, etc.

Light Use:

Mix coolant 1:20 parts of water

Turning, Drilling, Bandsaw, etc.

For Grinding:

Mix coolant 1:30-35 parts of water.

Grinding Mix:

1:35-50 parts coolant to water.

Rust Inhibitor for Dip/Spray Mixture:

1:25-30 parts coolant to water. (Not for outdoor use.)
