SR-X1 - System Cleaner Concentrate
Jokisch SR-X1 System Cleaner concentrate has been developed to provide a bacterial and fungus free machine before filling with a Jokisch water-soluble product. The system cleaner will also remove the build up of old coolant and guarantee a truly clean machine.
This product is safe and very effective if the following steps are followed.
- When handling SR-X1, please wear protective clothing, which includes rubber gloves and safety glasses as the product in concentrate is corrosive.
- Mix SR-X1 System Cleaner at 1% into the existing coolant. It is important not to exceed the 1-% concentration. This translates into one (1) pint (17-fl oz.) for every 15 gallons (50 liters) of mixed coolant. For a 30-gallon tank reservoir, two (2) pints are needed.
- Let machine run with old coolant and SR-X1 for at least eight (8) hours.
- Dispose of old coolant with added system cleaner.
- Rinse machine with water to remove any residuals. This is very important as remaining SR-X1 will cause any fresh batch of coolant to instantly separate.
- Fill machine with fresh Jokisch coolant.

Z-22 - Disinfectant and Machine
Cleaner Concentrate
Z-22 eliminates and loosens built-up bacteria very effectively.
It should be used before adding any Jokisch coolant to guarantee a
long coolant life. Z-22 is also a cleaner and stabilizer.
It kills bacteria (yeast and fungus) caused by non-Jokisch products.
The mix ratio is 1:15; then let circulate for a minimum of 5 hours,
preferably 12 hrs, if possible.

Inter-Lube 68 - Specially Formulated
Machine Tool Way Lubricant
Recommended for use with all Jokisch coolants;
Anti "stick-slip" properties provide chatter-free travel of
machine ways, guides and slides on CNC and general machine tools
under sparse or flood lubrication. Meets demands of heavily
loaded ways on lathes, milling machines, grinders and other
equipment.
Inter-Lube 68 has a strong adherence to ways, with rust inhibiting
components and EP properties which are a definite asset to machinery. Its
most outstanding attribute is its extremely good rejection
(non-binding) properites to Jokisch coolant. This allows easy removal
of the oil from the coolant by a skimming wheel, "tramp-free" pad, or
vacuum. Coolant life and stability are enhanced because of its
non-contaminate properties.

4 Hour Glove - A Spray-On Foam Hand and Skin
Protector
Hand protecting foam - clinically tested. Protects hands exposed to
industrial materials such as solvents, alkais, cleaning products, oils,
greases, metals and extended contact with water based solutions
like cutting and grinding fluids.
The 4 hour glove is shown to protect hands from swelling and
prevents "drying" while stopping dirt and grime from embedding in the
skin. (The best protection is given when rubbed underneath and around
fingernails.) Suited to applications where gloves are undesirable or
cannot be used.
Re-apply every 4 hours and shake well before using.
Non-toxic and user-friendly. Average application: a marble-sized quantity.
Contains no ozone depleting chemicals.
