RHB-32 Refractometer

Used to check for a correct water and coolant mixture.

To check coolant mixture properly, a refractometer must be utilized. It is extremely important to determine water loss through evaporation and burn-off. This instrument helps to achieve the maximum performance benefit and most economical use of your coolant.

The RHB-32 has a large prism for easy reading of the coolant mixtures. It can be calibrated to your water source and focused for a clear, well-defined reading of the scale.

User note:

Clean coolants will show a clear distinct horizontal line across the scale. Coolant contaminated with too much tramp oil will show up as a fuzzy line. Scale: 0 - 32
