Jokisch W1-CF

Design:

Jokisch W1-CF is a custom formulation of a mineral oil-based, water soluble coolant that is a combination of 35% mineral oil and high performance additives. This combination results in a semi-translucent solution that is very stable. WI-CF is a general-purpose coolant for a wide variety of applications including turning, milling, drilling, sawing, punching as well as grinding. Jokisch W1-CF leaves no sticky, gummy residues.

Safety:

Jokisch W1-CF contains no hazardous ingredients and is chemically balanced. Jokisch does not use or need hazardous biocides, which are sometimes called "perfumes" "deodorizers", or "tea bags" to control rancidity and keep the coolant stable.

Performance:

Jokisch WI-CF is manufactured to give excellent performance under all conditions and all materials. W1-CF is a general- purpose coolant and can be used on all materials such as aluminum, cast iron, brass, steel, stainless steel and their alloys.

pH:

Jokisch W1-CF has a pH of 9.5 at a 5% concentration (1:20).

Consumption:

Jokisch W1-CF has a high resistance to vaporization reducing the amount of burn-off and evaporation by 50% compared to other water-soluble coolants.

Universal:

Jokisch W1-CF is universal in application for conventional as well as CNC machining whether milling or turning (1:15-20), sawing (1:20) as well as grinding(l:40).

Disposal:

Jokisch WI-CF is mineral oil-based, which usually means lowers disposal costs than conventional cutting fluids, especially when compared to synthetic coolants.
