InterLift Magnets
Intercon presents a Permanent Load Lifting Magnet through the new Interlift product line. The LM Series of Magnetic Lifts consists of 6 models varying from a load lifting capacity of 220 lbs (100kg) up to 6600 lbs (3000kg). They are compact and ideal tools for quick and simple transport of heavy steel objects such as flat, profiled, or round shaped materials.
The LM Series has a spring loaded switch\handle that allows for the magnet to be locked into the "on" position for lifting and transport. This feature prevents accidental disengagement of the magnet when lifting and prevents unwanted engagement of the magnet when moving it across or positioning it on steel surfaces.
For maximum safety, any surface to which these magnets may be attached must be smooth, free from oil, grease, rust, paint or other contaminants which might reduce the working load or prevent it from engaging the material.
All models have a working enviromental or material temperature limit of 170°F (80°C) and are engineered with a 3.5:1 safety factor.
