AERO2-MAT OXYGEN INDICATOR
Introduction
The Intercon Aero2-Mat 4115 is an oxygen indicator for measuring oxygen content in a partial pressure gas enviroment. It is capable of resolution into the parts per million (ppm) region of oxygen content in this type of enviroment, typically argon.

- Utilises an electrode\electrolyte in solution to measure rest oxygen levels
- Capable of reading values from 100% (outside air) into the ppm region oxygen levels
- A reading value is usually displayed within 5 minutes, however this depends on the volume being purged
- LCD display
- No stabilization time required
Generally, during welding it is recommended that there be continuous oxygen monitoring to prevent quality failures due to a gas or purge problem. To accomdate this, the AeroMat 4115B comes complete with a probe for root gap inspections. During butt welding, constant oxygen monitoring can be performed with the supplied bulkhead fitting.
