SoluGap are the most stable water soluble socket welding spacer rings, with unique patent-pending tabbed edges to keep the spacers stable for effective joint socket alignment.
The Design Solution
- Made from eco-friendly water soluble board, SoluGap weld spacer rings are compatible with any metal!
- SoluGap socket rings have uniquely engineered 3-point tabs around the edges to hold them in place, even when the socket is sideways or upside down.
- A hollow center allows you to view inside the pipe easily during socket welding.
- SoluGap spacer rings are solid, yet completely water soluble.

- Eliminate the need to pre-measure or guess the size of a gap opening before welding, SoluGap provides the 1/16" minimum gap required by ANSI 31.1, Section III, ASME, US Navy & Military Codes.
